When you or your customer requests a modification of information on already submitted clearance paperwork to Customs, for instance, realizing a mistake or missing information provided by you originally, DHL will assist to correct and re-submit the Customs declaration afterwards (or “post-clearance”) with adherence to the permission of Customs. As such service would cause additional labor costs, a service fee will be triggered. The standard service charge is RMB 400 per shipment (VAT excluded).
